Data Deletion

Veraguth Consulting GmbH operates the MVM Shop brand (mvmshop.co) and uses an internal software client to publish and manage content on our own social media accounts. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
What data we hold
We hold personal data in two separate contexts.
As a shop customer. If you have placed an order or created an account on mvmshop.co, we hold the data described in our Privacy Policy.
As a social media contact. If you have commented on, replied to, or sent a message to one of our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, our internal tool may temporarily process the content of that comment or message, the public display name of its author, and the identifier assigned by the platform, solely in order to read and answer it. We do not build profiles, we do not combine this data with shop data, and we do not pass it to third parties.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@mvmshop.co with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include:
- the platform concerned, for example Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, or your order number if the request relates to a shop purchase
- the account name or handle you used
- a short description of what you would like deleted
We confirm receipt within five working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you what was deleted and what, if anything, we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons under Swiss law.
Deleting data held by the platform itself
Data that remains on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok is controlled by those platforms, not by us. To remove it there, or to withdraw an app's access to your account, use the platform's own settings:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Apps and Websites
- Google and YouTube: Google account permissions
- TikTok: Settings, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions
Deleting a comment or message on the platform also removes it from our view, because our tool only ever reads what is currently published there.
