FAQ

How do I find the right size?

Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits and add about two fingers' width for comfort. Then compare with the neck range of each size in the Size Guide.

My dog is between two sizes. Which one should I choose?

Choose the larger size so the collar sits comfortably.

Is the Ravello suitable for large dogs?

The Ravello is light and slim with a width of 1.5 cm, so it is made for small and medium-sized dogs.

Can I return the collar if it does not fit?

Yes. Unused collars in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@mvmshop.co first and we send you a prepaid return label.

Where do you ship dog collars?
