FAQ

How does the 3-in-1 leash work?

Snap hooks on both ends let you change the length in seconds: wear it hands-free across your body, shorten it into a training lead or open it up into a walking leash of up to 2 m.

Which width should I choose?

S is 1.5 cm wide and L is 2.0 cm wide. We recommend L for dogs over 15 kg. Not every color is available in both widths.

Is there a matching collar?

Yes. Every Tiergarten leash has a matching Tiergarten collar in the same nubuck leather and color.

Can I return the leash?

Yes. Unused leashes in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@mvmshop.co first and we send you a prepaid return label.

Where do you ship dog leashes?

Our Cloud7 leashes are in stock in Switzerland and ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany.
