How many characters can the name have?

Up to 12 characters sits best on a cap front. Longer names have to be stitched smaller, so email us first and we will check what works.

Will the stitched name look exactly like the on-screen preview?

The name is embroidered in a fixed, pre-digitized font and a thread color chosen to match the design. Small differences from the digital preview are normal and part of the charm of real stitching.

Is it one size, and will it fit me?
