FAQ

How do I find the right size?

Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits and add about two fingers' width for comfort. Then compare with the neck range of each size in the Size Guide.

My dog is between two sizes. Which one should I choose?

Choose the larger size so the collar sits comfortably.

Will the collar stain my dog's coat?

The inner side of the nubuck is left untreated on purpose, which helps prevent color transfer onto your dog's coat.

Can I return the collar if it does not fit?

Yes. Unused collars in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@mvmshop.co first and we send you a prepaid return label.
