FAQ

How do I find the right size?

Measure your dog's neck and chest circumference with a soft tape measure and compare both values with the Size Guide. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Is the harness suitable for puppies?

Yes. Five adjustment points let the harness grow with your puppy, which makes it a great first harness.

Where do I clip the leash?

Clip the leash to the matte black D-ring on the back. The Cloud 7 RESC7UE nylon leash completes the look.

What is RESC7UE?

RESC7UE is the lightweight nylon line by Cloud7. 10% of all RESC7UE sales are donated to animal welfare organizations.

Can I return the harness?

Yes. Unused harnesses in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@mvmshop.co first and we send you a prepaid return label.

Where do you ship dog harnesses?

Our Cloud7 harnesses are in stock in Switzerland and ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany.
