We offer dog graphic t-shirts, hoodies, embroidered polo shirts, baby bodysuits, and kids’ shirts, plus personalized dog accessories including collars, leashes, bandanas, harnesses, and dog hoodies — all featuring dog-inspired designs.

✨ Do you offer personalized or custom products?

Yes. Many of our products include personalization options, such as your dog’s name, breed, or custom text. Available customization options are clearly shown on each product page.

🧵 What materials are used in your products?

Material details are listed on each product page. We use high-quality, comfortable fabrics and premium printing methods designed for durability and everyday wear.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Each apparel product includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort.

Orders & Shipping

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 (or equivalent currency).

⏱️ How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on location)

International deliveries may take longer.

📦 What if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of the shipping date at support@mvmshop.co. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.

🏦 Can I pick up my order in-store?

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are delivered directly to your address.
