Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship, and when is shipping free?
We ship to the US, the UK, Europe, Switzerland and beyond. Shipping is free on orders over $100, or the equivalent in your currency. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from CHF 100. Below that, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.
How long does an order take?
Apparel and printed accessories are made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days in the US, about 3 to 7 business days within the EU and the UK, and about 5 to 10 business days to Switzerland, customs included. Cloud 7 collars, leashes and harnesses are stocked in Switzerland and usually ship the same day (Monday to Saturday), with delivery within 2 business days in Switzerland and within 5 business days to Germany.
Where are your products made, and will I pay customs?
Every piece is printed or embroidered on demand in the region closest to you. US orders are produced in the USA, EU and UK orders in Europe where available, so EU customers usually pay no extra customs fees. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss import VAT.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking link so you can follow your package.
Do you ship Cloud 7 collars, leashes and harnesses to the USA?
No. Cloud 7 products are stocked in Switzerland and ship to Switzerland and Europe only.
When should I order for Christmas?
For delivery within the US before December 25, order by December 8. Each piece is printed to order in the USA in 2 to 5 business days, and USPS recommends shipping by December 17 for ground delivery before Christmas. For Europe, the UK and Switzerland, order by November 30: production plus shipping takes up to 15 business days there.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Every item is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email support@mvmshop.co with photos as soon as possible. Once we have checked it, we send a free replacement or a refund, usually without a return. Print-on-demand items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or a wrongly chosen size, color or design. Customers in the EU and EEA can withdraw from non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items are excluded unless they have a production error or arrive damaged. Cloud 7 collars, leashes and harnesses shipped from Switzerland can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery: contact us first and we send a prepaid return label. My order arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Send photos to support@mvmshop.co as soon as possible. Once we have checked it, we send a free replacement or a refund at no cost to you, usually without a return. This also applies to personalized items.
Sizing & Fit
Which sizes are available?
Most t-shirts come in S to 3XL. Some designs stop at 2XL, and selected designs, including our dog mom tees, run from XS to 4XL. Embroidered polos come in S to 5XL. Kids tees and hoodies run from 3-4 to 12-13 years, baby bodysuits (US only) from newborn to 24 months. Each product has a size guide next to the size buttons.
Do the t-shirts run true to size?
It depends on the shirt, the product page names it. The Gildan Softstyle tee has a relaxed unisex fit and runs slightly large: size down for a closer fit. The Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size with a modern, slightly slimmer fit: size up for a relaxed look. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
Can women wear the unisex styles?
Yes, most of our customers are dog moms. Take your normal size for a relaxed fit, one size up for an oversized look like in our photos, or one size down for a closer fit. Our hoodies, sweatshirts and polos also run relaxed.
How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, and for harnesses also the chest. For bandanas, add 2 to 3 cm to the neck measurement. The RESC7UE harness has 5 adjustment points and fits a wide range. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one. Each product has its own size guide.
Materials & Care
What are your shirts, hoodies and polos made of?
T-shirts: Gildan Softstyle in 100% ring-spun cotton (153 g/m²) or Bella+Canvas 3001 in 100% Airlume combed cotton (142 g/m²); heather colors contain some polyester. Hoodies and sweatshirts: Gildan Heavy Blend fleece, 50% cotton and 50% polyester (271 g/m²). Polos: a breathable piqué of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Printed tee or embroidered polo: which one lasts longer?
The polo design is embroidered, so it cannot crack or peel. T-shirt designs are printed directly into the fabric and stay sharp when you wash them inside out in cold water. Choose the tee for bold, colorful designs and the polo when the gift should look smart.
How do I wash my shirt, hoodie or polo?
Turn it inside out and wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on the print or embroidery. Caps should only be spot cleaned and air dried in shape.
Are the kids and baby products safe?
Yes. Prints use child-safe, non-toxic inks, and the baby bodysuits are made from soft materials with a tear-away label, so nothing scratches delicate skin.
How do I care for collars, leashes and harnesses?
Canvas collars and leashes can be machine washed on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag at 30°C. Clean leather with a damp cloth and apply leather conditioner every few weeks, never machine wash it. Hand wash the RESC7UE harness with a mild detergent and let it air dry.
Personalization
Can I put my dog's name on a product?
Yes, on selected products: the embroidered polo, the embroidered dad cap, bandanas and baby bodysuits. Choose your size and color, open the personalization option on the product page, type the name and check the spelling and the preview before you add it to the cart. We stitch or print exactly what you enter.
How long can the name be?
Up to 15 characters on the polo and up to 12 characters on the cap. For longer names, email us first and we check what fits.
Will the stitched name look exactly like the preview?
The name is embroidered in a fixed font and a thread color chosen to match the design. Small differences from the digital preview are normal and part of the charm of real stitching.

Selected products can be personalized with a custom name.
Which dog breeds do you have designs for?
We have t-shirts and embroidered polos for Dachshund, French Bulldog, Pug, Dalmatian, Poodle, Corgi, Golden Retriever, Black Lab, Beagle and Bernese Mountain Dog lovers. The Dachshund range is the largest, because MVM SitHappens started with Dachshund designs.
Do you have discounts?
Yes. Mix tees, sweatshirts and hoodies: two pieces get 10% off, three or more get 15% off, applied automatically at checkout. New subscribers get 15% off their first order with code WELCOME15.
Do you have dog mom and dog dad shirts?
Yes. Our dog mom tees, such as Best Dog Mom and Dog Mom Golf, run from XS to 4XL. For dog dads we have embroidered golf polos, including the Golden Retriever Best Dog Dad By Par polo, and a personalized Dachshund dad cap.
What is a good gift for a dog lover?
A shirt with the recipient's own breed on it, or an embroidered polo for the golf fan. Selected pieces can be personalized with the dog's name, and since every piece is made to order, no one else brings the same gift.
